State 3rd round wraps, Hoggard girls advance

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Third round play is now complete in the high school basketball state playoffs. We featured game action on Tuesday night from five different venues. We had eight local teams hitting the court, but the only winner from our area turned out to the girls team at Hoggard. The Vikings will now face Broughton on Friday in regional play in Fayetteville.
