STARNEWS REPORTS: Man pleads guilty to 2013 murder

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (StarNewsOnline) — A Wilmington man will spend up to 15 years in prison for murder.

F.T. Norton with the Star News reports, Randy Lee Anderson pleaded guilty Monday to second-degree murder in Brunswick County.

The 24-year old shot and killed 23-year-old Michael James Link in June of 2013.

The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office said it happened when a drug deal went wrong at mobile home park in Leland.
