Man wanted for home break-in

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Detectives say they’re looking for a man for questioning in a home break-in investigation.

Deputies say Franklin Lewis, 20, is wanted in connection for an incident at a home on Greenhill Road. They say a safe containing items including cash was taken from the home at some time during the afternoon or evening on Tuesday.

Deputies say Lewis is described as a white male, approximately 5’10” and weighs around 175 pounds; he has brown eyes and brown hair. They say Lewis is possibly with 12-year-old runaway from Columbus County.
