UPDATE: Man wanted in business, construction site larceny in custody

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Deputies with the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office say the man accused of stealing items at two locations is in custody.

Deputies say Ryan Duffy, 23, is facing charges including breaking and entering and felony larceny; he’s in the Brunswick County jail under a $110,000 bond.

One incident was reported at a business on Lackey Road in January; the other incident was reported at the construction site along the new I-140 near Mt. Misery and Dyson roads in late March. Deputies say Duffy took $14,000 worth of property.
