Man jailed on $1M+ bond on heroin charges

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A Shallotte man is facing heroin charges.

According to arrest records, Ray Bland, 28, was arrested yesterday afternoon on charges including possession with intent to sell heroin. Deputies say Bland was found with approximately 34 bindles of heroin and drug paraphernalia.

He’s currently in jail under a more than $1,000,000 bond.
