CFCC Board of Trustees names presidential candidates
Wilmington, NC (WWAY) — Cape Fear Community College has narrowed down its presidential search to four candidates. One of the four finalists is Dr. Amanda Lee, who is currently serving as interim president.
Other finalists include Dr. David Brand, the Senior Vice President and Chief Academic Officer at Fayetteville Technical Community College, Dr. Quentin Johnson, Provost of Wilberforce University and who recently served as Vice President of Support Services for Guilford Technical Community College and Dr. Matthew Meyer, Associate Vice President, STEM Innovations and Strategic Planning for the North Carolina Community College System.
Interviews should take place next week. After the interviews are finished, the CFCC Board of Trustees will then submit the names of the finalists to the N.C. Community College System for review.
The final decision will be made later this summer.
