WPD arrests 3 for armed robbery
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — According to Wilmington Police, just before midnight last night 3 men were arrested for robbery with a dangerous weapon near the intersection of Front St. and Nun St.
Police received a call for an armed robbery with a gun. The victim and his girlfriend told police they has their wallets stolen at gunpoint by 3 men dressed in all black wearing white bandanas as masks.
The suspects, Jamarcus Jamal Patterson, Damian Brian Bowers, and Robert Alvin Crisco were detained near the wooded area in front of The Pilot House Restaurant.
When a search was conducted of the suspects, an airsoft gun was found on one of the suspects. In addition, there were various other items belonging to the victims found on the suspects. K-9 found the victims wallets and personal items in the woods near the area where the suspects emerged.
