Habitual felon sentenced to prison

WILMINGTON, NC (StarNewsOnline) — A Wilmington man will serve up to about nine years in prison for selling drugs and stealing.

A judge sentenced Mark Addison Richie, 45, as a habitual felon.

In 2014, Richie was caught on video taking merchandise from Belk, and in 2013, he sold heroin to an undercover deputy.
