Wilmington Police need your help to solve cold case

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Wilmington Police Department needs your help to solve a 35-year-old case.

Detectives posted a video on you tube. In it, detectives say someone brutally beat and killed Eliza Spencer, 75, in her home on 112 N. 11th Street in 1980.

Detectives are offering a $5,000 reward to anyone who comes forward with information that could lead to an arrest and conviction. They also need a picture of the victim.
