Lane closures on CFMB happening tonight

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — If you plan to travel into Wilmington from the Brunswick County area, or leaving Wilmington to Brunswick County, be prepared for traffic delays tonight.

DOT crews are closing the left lanes in both directions tonight from 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Crews are repairing the center rail on the bridge that was damaged in a crash several days ago.

A NCDOT spokesman said drivers should use caution or use an alternate route if possible.
