Town of Carolina Beach launches app

CAROLINA BEACH, NC (WWAY) — There really is an App for everything! The Town of Carolina Beach, in partnership with AppyCity, has launched an App for locals and visitors.

The App features direct access to Town Departments and Services and the ability to view Town Council Meetings.

Visitors can not only link to Town Events, but can also access information to local businesses and restaurants. Other features include information on Freeman Park and the Boardwalk. You can even pay your water bill directly from your phone!

An additional feature, to be added in the near future, will consist of Push Notifications that send traffic and news alerts to your phone.

Those who would like to download the App can simply go to their App Store and search “Carolina Beach”.
