Law Enforcement raising money for a important cause

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) –The Wilmington Police Department, New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office, and Highway Patrol are raising money for the Special Olympics at the Chick-fil-a on Oleander.

The Cops on Top fundraiser kicked off tonight, and will continue through Saturday. Officers plan to have fun activities for the whole family over the next several days while they continue to collect donations.

Officers said it will give folks a chance to see them in a different light.
