Loans available after disaster declaration for NC agriculture
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The U.S. Small Business Administration said those affected by the historic storms from late September and earlier this month are eligible for some help.
The news release said the loans apply to small businesses, small agricultural cooperatives, small businesses engaged in aquaculture and most private nonprofit organizations in the state. Bladen, Brunswick, Columbus, New Hanover and Pender counties were all named in the disaster declaration. The loan amount can be up to $2 million with various interest rates for terms up to 30 years.
