Heat 4 the Holidays winner gets brand new HVAC unit installed

SHALLOTTE, NC (WWAY) — We surprised this year’s Heat 4 the Holidays winner Tuesday, and they didn’t have to wait long to get their prize.

Leslie Cain has been without heat and A/C since last spring. But that is not the case anymore, thanks to Al Fulford, Rheem and Cotton Electric.

They were back at Leslie’s house Wednesday installing her brand new unit. With the mild winter, her son is more happy about the AC than the heat.

“I feel good,” Tyler Cain said. “I just want to have some air conditioning. I’ve been hot over summer, so I just want to be cool.”
