26 game winning streak comes to an end for CFCC women’s basketball team

OVERLAND PARK, KS (WWAY) — The Cape Fear Community College women’s basketball team wasn’t able to hold onto their 13 point lead on Wednesday night in the second round of the NJCAA Division 2 Women’s Basketball Tournament. Pima Community College came from behind to beat CFCC 90-82.  The Sea Devils finish the season with a 26-2 record.
