The Great Pumpkin Blowout happening Saturday at Brunswick Town/Fort Anderson

BRUNSWICK COUNTY (WWAY) — If your Halloween Jack-o-lantern is rotting on your porch, Brunswick Town/Fort Anderson has a unique way to dispose of it.

On Saturday, you can blow it up using Civil War technology like a cannon.

It’s happening from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

It’s $10 if you bring your own pumpkin, or $20 to buy a pumpkin while supplies last. It’s free to watch the event.

Brunswick Town/Fort Anderson is located at 8884 St. Philip’s Rd, SE, Winnabow, NC 28479.
