Man charged with DWI after driving onto Wilmington Riverwalk
WILMINGTON (WWAY) — A man is facing charges of driving while intoxicated after he drove his car onto the Wilmington Riverwalk Friday morning.
Wilmington Police say 34-year-old Mikel Burrows of Pennsylvania was allegedly intoxicated. He was found passed out in the car, which was parked on the Riverwalk around 5 a.m.
Burrows is facing two drug possession charges, and a DWI.
He received an $11,500 bond.
