Volunteers weave together living shoreline in Cherry Grove

NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — North Myrtle Beach is planning on building a living shoreline, and they’re working with the public to do so.
Keep North Myrtle Beach Beautiful, in partnership with the South Carolina Dept. of Natural Resources (SCDNR), is educating volunteers on how to build oyster cages for the shoreline at Heritage Shores Nature Preserve.
