High-power rifle stolen from pawn shop

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington Police are looking for three suspects who broke into a pawn shop and stole a high-powered rifle.

Police say the suspects broke into the Pawn USA on Oleander Drive just before 3:30 a.m. Saturday and stole an AK 74, which is similar in size and style to an AK 47.

Police say the thieves also took jewelry after smashing the front door to get inside the business.
