#ThisIsThePlace Roadtrip heads to Elizabethtown

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — WWAY’s #ThisIsThePlace Roadtrip is ready for stop No. 2. This week we’re heading up the Cape Fear River to Elizabethtown.

“Good Evening Wilmington,” the area’s only TV newscast devoted to positive news, launched the #ThisIsThePlace Roadtrip last week with the first stop in Burgaw. Now it’s on to Bladen County.

“Good Evening Wilmington” anchor Daniel Seamans and meteorologist/reporter Helen Holt will broadcast live Leinwand’s department store at 132 W. Broad Steet from 5 until 6:30 p.m., including the entire half hour of “Good Evening Wilmington” starting at 5:30 p.m. The newscast will include features and live interviews about Elizabethtown.
