New Hanover County man charged with rape, kidnapping

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A New Hanover County man has received several sex charges.

Christopher Xavier Adams has been charged with first-degree forcible rape, first-degree kidnapping and first-degree sex offense.

He was arrested in Jacksonville on December 30th.

Adams was also convicted of Assault on a Female earlier in 2023.
