Gregg Allman postpones Wilmington show

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Music legend Gregg Allman will not play in Wilmington tonight after all.

The show at Greenfield Lake Amphitheater has been postponed, according to the website for Huka Entertainment. The site says Allman is “under the weather and will not be able to perform.” The site says his band, though, will still perform for free with local artist Travis Shallow opening. The show starts at 7 p.m.

“North Carolina, y’all have always been good to me,” Allman posted on his website. “Thank you for understanding. I’ll make it up to ya.”

Huka says the show will be rescheduled soon. Click here for ticket refund information.
