Natural bodybuilding event coming to Wilmington later this month

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The OCB Gains and Glory Natural Bodybuilding Competition is coming to Wilmington later this month.

The event will take place on March 23rd, including Men’s Bodybuilding, Men’s Classic Physique, Men’s and Women’s Physique, Women’s Figure, Bikini, and Wellness.

“I’m excited for natural bodybuilding to come to Wilmington,” bodybuilder Andrea Cannistraci from Carolina Beach said. “Natural bodybuilders like myself usually have to drive 3+ hours to compete. This will be a game-changer for local athletes.”

All competitors must be drug free and compliant with the WADA Anti-Doping Code. Participants are required to pass polygraph screenings prior to competitions.

The event will take place at the North Front Theatre. The show starts at 10:00 a.m. and is open to the general public.
