Man sentenced as habitual felon
COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — After a two day trial in Columbus County, a man was found guilty by jury of Felonious Larceny.
District Attorney Jon David said in a press release that James Isaac Faulk was sentenced as a Habitual Felon.
Faulk was sentenced to 115-150 months in prison. Faulk stole an ATV and its trailer in Tabor City in 2013, and later sold them.
Faulk has been previously convicted of Felony Larceny, Felony Breaking and Entering and Felony Possession of Stolen Goods.
The case was investigated by the Columbus County Sheriff’s Office and the Whiteville Police Department.
