Catherine Cooke nominated to fill vacant Board of Election role left by death of David Robinson

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — The BCRP has nominated Catherine Cooke to fill the position on the Brunswick County Board of Education left vacant when David Robinson died.

Robinson died in February during his run for re-election.

“David was a true champion of Brunswick County,” Brunswick County Schools Superintendent Dale Cole stated, adding, “his devotion to our school district will have a positive impact on the lives of our students for years to come.”
