Heisman Trophy to visit Wilmington Saturday

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — College football’s most coveted prize will visit the Port City this weekend.

The Heisman Trophy will be on display to the public at Capital Nissan at 5501 Market Street in Wilmington Saturday. You can stop by from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. to see the trophy and get a picture taken with it.

The Heisman Trophy is awarded each year to the best player in college football.

In honor of the event, Capital Nissan will be giving away a 55-inch TV as well as raffling off multiple gift cards every hour during the event, which will also feature light refreshments.
