Winston-Salem man shot, killed while driving along street

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (AP) – Police in Winston-Salem are investigating after a man was shot and killed while he drove along a city street.

Police tell local news outlets that 25-year-old Karodd Revon Nash of Winston-Salem was shot several times shortly before 8 p.m. on Friday. He was found dead in his car after it came to a stop. Police say a man was seen running from the area.

It was the 19th homicide this year in Winston-Salem. Last year at this time there were 11.
