Brunswick County’s Health and Wellness Fair is Friday, Sept. 6
BOLIVIA, N.C. –The Brunswick County Health and Wellness Fair takes place this Friday. This family-friendly event is free to attend and will feature over 30 local businesses and organizations that are ready to teach you and your loved ones how to live healthier through interactive demonstrations, health screenings, activities, handouts, and more.
It takes anytime between 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Brunswick County Government Center, 30 Government Center Drive NE, Bolivia, NC 28422 (Parking available in front of the David R. Sandifer Administration Building)
Free demonstrations include but are not limited to Basic First Aid and CPR, child car seat safety, nutrition planning, and fitness lessons in yoga, CrossFit, and SilverSneakers. Fairgoers can also enjoy guided tours of the Brunswick County Botanical Garden, followed by a question-and-answer session with Brunswick County Master Gardener℠ Volunteers.
