Woman’s body found behind North Carolina store

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (AP) – Police have identified a woman whose body was found behind a store in North Carolina.

Winston-Salem police said in a news release Tuesday that the body was that of 46-year-old Kim Christina Davidson of Winston-Salem. Davidson’s body was found Sunday behind a Wal-Mart store.

Police said there were no initial indications of foul play. Her body was been sent to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center for an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
