Parts of Rankin Street is closed due to icy conditions

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington Police Department is closing Rankin Street between 14th and 10th Streets due to the roadway being a complete sheet of ice.

Driving conditions remain dangerous in many parts of the city. WPD says to use extreme caution if you have to be out and if you do not have to be on the roadways, please stay home.
