Traffic Alert: Wreck closes lanes of Isabel Holmes Bridge

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A crash on the Isabel Holmes Bridge has backed up traffic Wednesday morning.

According to a tweet from the City of Wilmington just before 7:30 a.m., there is one lane moving in each direction.

Officials said to expect delays on US 421 approaching the Isabel Holmes Bridge and also at the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge.
