Dozens of families check out 15th Annual Summer Camp Fair

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Parents do you have plans for your children this summer? On Saturday, families were able to check out dozens of camps for all ages and interests in a one stop shop.

The Wilmington Parent Magazine hosted its 15th Annual Summer Camp Fair this weekend.

This was a unique way for parents and kids to check out and explore different options for this summer. From sports and academics to cooking and art programs, there were a lot to choose from.

“Parents are looking for summer options for their children and some of the best camps fill up early. So this is the opportunity to check out the camps, get signed up and have your summer plans in place,” Wilmington Parent Magazine Publisher Keith Jaworski said.

This gave parents a chance to meet camp directors face to face and plan ahead. If you missed the fair, the magazine will have summer camp guides for the next few months.
