Recovery effort for missing Fayetteville man continues into day six

BLADEN COUNTY, NC (WWAY) –  More crews, boats and equipment were still not enough to locate Jesse Sgro. He has been missing in a Bladen County park since this weekend.

The parks service tells us there are no new developments or clues in finding Sgro.

Crews from across the state and with the parks service have spent more than thirty hours searching for the 23-year-old Fayetteville man. He was reported missing at Singletary Lake State Park Saturday morning. More than a half a dozens boats hit the water to search for Sgro on day five.

However, crews plan to pick up the effort Thursday.
