Wilmington police investigating death at local apartment

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Wilmington Police Department is investigating a death in the One Midtown apartment complex located off Independence Boulevard between Oleander Drive and Shipyard Boulevard.

The complex is next to Alderman Elementary School.

A police department spokesman says the call came in around eleven this morning.

The investigation is ongoing.
