Enjoy four days of laughs at Cape Fear Comedy Festival

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — For the 9th year, the Cape Fear Comedy Festival is returning to celebrate and support local comics in and around the area.

From Wednesday through Saturday, various venues will open their doors for free shows. On Friday and Saturday, Dead Crow Comedy will host its weekend shows at a discounted price.

Organizer Timmy Sherrill said this year the festival is focusing on younger and up-and-coming comics.
