Victim identified in Wilmington homicide case

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The victim from Friday’s homicide in Wilmington has been identified.

According to the Wilmington Police Department, Cedric Adkins, 63, was found deceased in the wooded area at Hurst and Clay Street.
