Police: Cleaning lady takes son to job, later steals items from Sunset Beach home

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A Little River man is awaiting extradition to Brunswick County to face charges for a home break-in.

It happened on East Main Street in Sunset Beach.

According to the Sunset Beach Police Department a neighbor saw the suspect’s truck at the home on May 8. Two televisions and a grill were taken.

After searching local pawn shops, police issued a warrant for the arrest of 43-year-old Brian Keith Misenheimer.

According to a police report, Lynn Sendler told deputies that she took her son, Brian, with her recently to a cleaning job at the home.

He was arrested in Horry County on Sunday.

Misenheimer is charged with breaking and entering, larceny after the fact, and property damage.
