More than 140 eggs found in sea turtle nest in Myrtle Beach
MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WPDE/WWAY) — The first sea turtle nest in Myrtle Beach was discovered over the weekend with 143 eggs.
According to the Myrtle Beach City Government Facebook page, a person on the beach discovered fresh tracks Saturday June 2 at 55th Avenue North and reported it.
The nest was safely moved to a more secure location at Myrtle Beach State Park.
