New Hanover County man faces human trafficking charges
NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A New Hanover County man faces human trafficking charges, following his arrest at a hotel in Porter’s Neck.
Craig Noyes, 54, was arrested just after midnight on Monday morning.
He allegedly paid for the hotel room for the victim to be held in sexual servitude.
According to warrants, he threatened the victim, telling her he would report she stole his credit card to book the room if she did not give him money.
He’s being held without bond.
