New playground in Wilmington now open

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The City of Wilmington says they’ve added brand new playground equipment, mulch, and border at Wallace Park.

The city says the park is now ready for you to bring the kids to swing into action and make some great memories.

Park staff will be re-installing the benches that were temporarily removed during construction.

Wallace Park is located at 2110 Market Street.
