East Arcadia School to close down for 2 weeks due to COVID-19

RIEGELWOOD, NC (WWAY) — Due to a number of COVID-19 cases and close contact exposure cases, East Arcadia School will be closed for a minimum of two weeks starting Monday, Oct. 19.

The superintendent made the recommendation on Saturday, Oct. 17.

During this time, students and teachers will transition to remote-only teaching and learning until further notice.
