Bolivia man arrested on 10 child sex charges

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A Bolivia man has been charged with 10 counts of third degree sexual exploitation of a minor on Thursday.

According to an arrest warrant, Joseph David Dowling, 28, allegedly possessed exploitive photos of minors on June 23rd.

David has a bond set at $200,000.
