2 on family vacations drown in separate Myrtle Beach incidents
MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) — Two men vacationing with their families died after being pulled from the waters off of Myrtle Beach.
According to Michelle McSpadden with the Horry County Coroner’s office, the first incident involved 41-year-old Zerihun Wolds of Silver Spring, Maryland.
He was pulled from the water off of Ninth Avenue South in Myrtle Beach and was taken to the hospital Friday.
The other incident was on Saturday when first responders pulled 73-year-old Joe Kapusta from the water off of 30th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach. He was also taken to the hospital.
