Cape Fear Community College to close Monday evening

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Cape Fear Community College will be closed at all campus locations for students, faculty and most staff members beginning Monday at 5 p.m. through Saturday due to the threat of Hurricane Florence.

All events on CFCC campuses, as well as student events, athletic events, practices and related activities have been canceled.

The 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony is canceled from Tuesday.

CFCC will provide information and updates on the CFCC website, social media sites at the CFCC Emergency Information hotline (1-877-799-2322) and to local news media outlets.
