Multiple agencies respond to fire at Barefoot Resort
NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) — A fire in the Barefoot Resort area of North Myrtle Beach has crews from multiple fire departments responding Thursday afternoon.
A tweet from North Myrtle Beach Fire Rescue says a multi-alarm fire at The Havens complex off Catalina Drive in Barefoot Resort required aid from other nearby units. Officials say mutual aid from Horry County Fire Rescue, Myrtle Beach Fire, and Calabash Fire responded to the blaze.
A picture was released just after 2:40 p.m. Thursday but it wasn’t immediately clear how long crews have been fighting the fire. There is no word at this time on what caused the fire or if any injuries have been reported.
