New medical office building proposed in Leland
LELAND, NC (WWAY) — A new medical office building may soon be coming to Leland, according to site construction plans recently submitted to the town.
The proposed development, listed under Columbus Regional Healthcare System, would be located at the corner of Brunswick Village Boulevard and Provision Parkway in Brunswick Forest.
Plans show a two-story facility totaling approximately 69,000 square feet, situated on 6.4-acres.
The site design also includes 299 parking spaces.
Leland’s Technical Review Committee approved the plans in late June.
