Woman charged after motorcycle collision in Brunswick County
BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A Wilmington woman faces charges for a fatal collision involving a motorcycle in Brunswick County.
It happened Monday night around 6:00 p.m. on River Road at North Olde Towne Wind Road.
Highway patrol says Noah Bierschank, 27, of Wilmington, was riding a motorcycle north on River Road, and an SUV driven by Deanna Kennedy-Butler, 42, failed to yield to the motorcycle by attempting to turn left onto River Road.
She was charged with misdemeanor death by vehicle and has a $2,500 secured bond.
