(WWAY NEWS) — After just one season of Netflix’s “The Waterfront”, the Wilmington-shot show will not come back for a second season, according to the show’s creator.

Kevin Williamson shared a story on Instagram saying, “I’m sad the Buckley’s won’t be back for season two; I’m celebrating the joy that was season one.” He later added that the show one of the best experiences of his life.
