Surf City Bridge Pedestrian Lighting Replacement Project starting next week
SURF CITY, NC (WWAY) — Starting September 1, NCDOT crews will begin moving in equipment to prepare for the upcoming pedestrian lighting replacement on the Surf City Bridge.
Lighting replacement will begin September 9th and is expected to be completed by October 25th.
Expect partial narrowing of the walkway while NCDOT crews are actively working Monday through Thursday.
No work will take place, and the walkway will remain fully open Friday through Sunday.
