Northbound lane of E.F. Middleton Blvd closed in Oak Island

–UPDATE– The road is now reopened.

OAK ISLAND, NC (WWAY) — The northbound lane of E.F. Middleton Blvd is closed, due to ongoing response following a vehicle accident in the area of Seafield Drive.

While southbound lanes are still open for traffic coming onto Oak Island, all traffic exiting the Island should use the G.V. Barbee Bridge / Long Beach Road.
